In collaboration with the Temple University Partnership Schools Office, we provided direct services to a cohort of six high-needs schools located near the University starting in 2003 and ending in 2005.
Our services included:
Monthly training and coaching visits for principals, teacher leaders and Partnership staff around a targeted research based framework.
Training for school site instructional leadership teams and grade level teams in order to build their capacity to plan, lead, implement, and monitor the implementation of research based teaching practices and their impact on student learning.
Assisting with the redesign of the cohort, moving from four elementary and two Junior High schools to four K-8 schools.
Providing support through Executive Coaching sessions with the Director of the Partnership. Assisting with the development of a Principal and School Appraisal process for monitoring implementation of the Partnership Framework.
