Training principals and teacher leaders in the use of tools and processes relevant to the district’s strategic plan of Seven Essentials in order to monitor and support instructional improvement efforts.

Our services included:

  • Training for school and central office instructional leadership teams in the implementation of a targeted framework that is data driven, including tools for analyzing student work and data.
  • Coaching and supporting the superintendent, assistant superintendent, and district leadership.
  • On-going coaching for the superintendent and district office support personnel in order to build capacity and align the support provided to schools.
